Islamic Boarding School Based Achievement Profiling in Pasuruan Regency

The purpose of this study was to analyze the pattern madrasas that imaged achievement based on pesantren. method used is a case qualitative method. data collection technique done through interviews, observation and documentation. analysis consists three stages activities occur simultaneously, namely; reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. results showed that; Madrasa philosophy able personify vision mission side by with pesantren which forerunner development Madrasah Aliyah. sustainable learning ecosystem students after being in madrasa continued boarding school dormitory (pondokan). Its governance supported integrated management aligning curriculum agreement two education managers. implication research it can be as input for government, stakeholders, leaders, teachers, making policies, so quality more qualified compete other countries.
